Hey Eric, So let me get this straight....you contacted Adobe, and a rep there told you that you needed 5 licenses???? I don't know who you talked to, but that statement is B-O-G-U-S!!! And here's how I know why: I've been creating this kind of stuff for over 4 years, and in that time, I've posted various samples of presentations on my server for testing, playback and delivery. In that time, I've never, NEVER had that situation come up. Count me as lucky I guess, but then again, I've never had a sales rep offer that line of garbage as an excuse for something going wrong with a presentation. Yet again, just another example demonstrating the lack of follow through at Adobe. I took a look at the link you provided; and Eric, it's working like a champ for me. Question: if the content is working on one server, but not on another, what's the difference between the 2? Although I'm not entirely convinced that missing "components" is the issue here, it WOULD seem to suggest that the environments would be a good place to start. I'm also wondering about how you posted the content to each server. Did you publish directly to both servers? OR did you publish to one and then copy/paste the presentation to the other? If so, is it possible that you might have missed a couple of files during the transfer? Do both servers have the identical security setups? I can go poking around to see if there's anything else you should be aware of, but short of that, let's try this: IF possible, publish to both servers independantly. Test the playback of the content. Start there and let's see what happens. Rob
